Everything is automated so as long as your order went through, you got one. However, confirmations and tracking numbers get sent to the email you entered at the time of checkout. So if you accidentally hit a wrong letter or number in your email address, well that's where it went. It could also be in your spam folder.
We do occasionally cancel payments for security reasons. if you wish to still purchase item, please Contact Us and we will need to verify the payment information to process order. If not, the funds will be returned to you immediately. If not, they should be available within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.
This can happen for a few reasons: 1. Resubmitted the order by pressing the back button and then forward in browser. 2. Many banks will place a hold on credit card account funds when they receive a request for payment until they receive an approval. If the transaction is not approved, a bank will usually release the funds within 24-72 hours depending on their policy. Please check with your banking institution regarding their funds hold policy. 3. If you see two identical charges (down to the penny) in your online statement, one of them is probably a temporary authorization as opposed to an actual charge or debit. If none of those are correct, please contact us.
Not being able to checkout is usually due to one of three things. The first and most common is you've entered your shipping address incorrectly. The system will not let you check out if the address is deemed "undeliverable". The second issue is you have not checked the "I agree to the terms and services" box, you will find this box on the bottom of the shipping address page. Lastly, sometimes all you need to do is refresh your browser or shut your browser down and start again.
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. All inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best.
When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

Most likely the package was returned due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package remaining unclaimed or refused/returned by customer. We will work rigorously to find and get your product to you, or send a replacement.
Unworn and unwashed apparel and accessory items may be returned within 60 days of the delivery date. All returnable items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, and any/all hang tags must be attached to the garments. All garments are subject inspection. If your item is defective, please contact a Traders Creed Apparel team member via our Contact Us page and we will work with you on an exchange or refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. *Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.
